SEYMOUR COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION
District of North Vancouver

FEATURES of our community

Why do we live here? Well most of us think this is the best community anywhere! We are not just close to nature - we are interlaced with the Cove Mountain Forest! Clean air, clear water, abundant wildlife, good community ammenties - we have it all!

In this page we will try to showcase some of the best features of the Seymour Community and hopefully provide you with some background information to enhance your enjoyment of it!.

Our Community features some of the best Hiking paths and trails for all levels of hiking ability! From the Baden-Powell Trail, to the paved pathways along District of North Vancouver Green Belts - Get outside and breathe it all in!

We live in Community with Nature - and we love it! It's common to encounter bears, deer, cayotes and other animal wildlife. The rules are: be aware, don't panic and do NOT feed them! "A fed bear is a dead bear" is the mantra to remember.

Our Community also features some of the best Mountain Biking Trails in all of Metro Vancouver. For that reason, we get a great many visitors coming to our neihbourhoods to enjoy the outdoors. We ask visitors to respect our property accesses, to minimize noise and damage to the forests, and please leave nothing behind when you depart.
